Introduction
These Terms of Use govern your use of the RentFar platform (website and mobile applications). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Definitions
- "RentFar" - Car rental platform including the rentfar.com website and mobile applications
- "User" - A person using the platform
- "Partner" - A rent-a-car company registered on the platform
- "Service" - Car rental intermediary service provided by RentFar
Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account. When creating an account:
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You must keep your account information confidential
- You are responsible for all activities that occur on your account
- You must be over 18 years old
Booking and Rental
When renting a car through our platform:
- Read the contract terms carefully
- Check the availability of the car on your selected dates
- Accept the payment terms
- Provide a valid driver's license
User Responsibilities
When using the platform, you accept the following obligations:
- Take care of the vehicle
- Comply with traffic rules
- Return the car at the agreed time
- Immediately report any damage or accident
- Use the car only for agreed purposes
Payment Terms
The following applies to payments:
- Prices include VAT (unless otherwise stated)
- Additional services may require additional payment
- Late return may incur penalties
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of booking:
- Cancellation 24 hours before: full refund
- Cancellation 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours: no refund
Insurance and Liability
All cars are covered with basic insurance. However, the user is responsible for damages caused by user negligence. Contact the rent-a-car partner for additional insurance options.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the car for illegal purposes
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Subletting the car to third parties
- Participating in racing or speed competitions
Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you do not comply with these terms. Serious violations may result in legal action.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Azerbaijan.
